Return and Refund Policy Effective Date: April 2026
At VAV Grand, we take pride in creating quality handmade woodworking products. Because many of our items are handcrafted, natural variations in wood grain, color, texture, and finish may occur and are part of the character of the product.
Returns
We accept returns on non-custom items only within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

be unused and in its original condition,

be returned in the original packaging when possible,

not be damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

custom or personalized items,
-
made-to-order items,
-
items altered at the customer’s request,
-
clearance or final sale items, if marked as such.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable number of business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@vavgrand.com.

We will review the issue and work with you on a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
